These circles are safe spaces where women come together to share stories, learn from one another, and find strength in community. Experienced mentors guide conversations on leadership, financial literacy, education, and personal growth. Young girls are inspired by role models who have walked the same path and overcome similar challenges.
The effect has been remarkable. Participants report feeling more confident to speak in public, pursue business opportunities, or even stand for leadership roles in their communities.
