TPWI conducts mentorship sessions in numerous schools across Kajiado County, inspiring girls to pursue education, leadership, and personal growth. Our mentors work closely with students to build confidence, academic motivation, and life skills.

We organize workshops and community dialogues addressing gender equality, women’s rights, and cultural practices that hinder development. TPWI partners with Kajiado County in policy formulation to ensure women and youth voices are included in decision-making.
